PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN AFEKTIF SEBAGAI ACUAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN PRIBADI SISWA
Affective domain is very important to study because it affects the success of one's learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to help teachers develop affective assessment instruments as a very appropriate way to find out some affective characters. These characters include attitudes, interests, self-concepts, and values. The stages in this training are (1) Explanation of the importance of affective domain assessment as a reference for students' personal guidance services, (2) Training participants develop complete affective assessment instruments starting from operational definitions, indicators, and questionnaire questions, (3) Training participants practice measuring reliability instruments that have been made. The conclusions obtained are that the training for developing affective assessment instruments can be held well. The training goes according to the plan that has been prepared. Time limitation is an obstacle in facilitating trainees to advanced in making affective assessment instruments. Then the evaluation and suggestions that can be given are similar training can be held on an ongoing basis to hone the teacher's ability to develop affective assessment instruments.
